If you haven't listened to Prince's song New Power Generation, I'd recommend checking it out. I got the inspiration for the title of this post from the song. Like most struggling twenty-somethings in Los Angeles, the song kind of reminds me of me and my friends. We just wanna do what we love and help make the world a better place. (and have fun whilst we do so)
